Australia – The national tertiary education union adopted motion that endorses the BDS

Melbourne – The Australian National Tertiary Education Union has adopted with an overwhelming majority an anti-Israel motion that endorses the BDS and opposes the adoption of the IHRA definition of antisemitism by Australian universities.

Today, my union @NTEUnion overwhelmingly voted to support a motion in solidarity with Palestine. This is a watershed moment for the Australian union movement and I’m proud to have been a part of it.
