Germany – Antisemitic slogans shouted at celebration

Berlin – In the Mitte district of Berlin, a man gained unauthorized access to a music college on Wednesday evening where a celebration was taking place. He yelled anti-Semitic slogans and rioted.

The police announced on Thursday afternoon that officers from section 57 had visited the crime scene on Französische Straße, but had not found the suspect.

The perpetrator had also insulted a woman on site. According to witnesses, he did not respond to requests from an employee to leave. The man fled when the police approached and arrested him.

The police state protection of the Berlin State Criminal Police Office is now investigating for insult and trespassing.
