Bad Oeynhausen – Two antisemitic graffiti were discovered under a motorway bridge between Bad Oeynhausen and Porta Westfalica. In addition to the inscription “Jews out immediately”, a star of David with the numeral code “666” was sprayed on the bridge pillar.
The code “666” ordered at the center of the Star of David transports that antisemitic notion that Jews had made a pact with the devil. The portrayal of Jews as anti-Christians and children of the devil dates back to early Christianity and is part of numerous conspiracy narratives to this day.
