Charlottenburg, Berlin – The door locks of two synagogues in Berlin-Charlottenburg have been damaged by one or more unknown persons.

On Tuesday morning, police guards discovered a sticky substance on a door lock of the synagogue on Joachimsthaler Strasse.

It later became known that the door lock of another synagogue on Pestalozzistrasse had already been damaged by the insertion of an object on the night of August 13. The police are investigating.
