Two CFC Hertha 06 youth players have been banned for two years for antisemitic statements and showing the Hitler salute at a game against the Jewish club TuS Makkabi Berlin.
A game between the two clubs in November 2022 was canceled after a short time. Two Hertha 06 players attacked their TuS Makkabi opponents with antisemitic slogans, and a player gave the Hitler salute.
