Oberhausen – The portrait of the legendary basketball coach Ralph Klein, depicting Jewish figures who starred in German sports, was vandalized this week by unknown persons in the town of Oberhausen.
The directors of the exhibition said: “We will continue to work to raise awareness on the subject. This difficult event will not deter us at all” The portrait was placed as part of an exhibition featuring 17 Jewish figures who starred in German sports, with the title “Between Success and Pursuit” The exhibition will continue until the end of the month.
