Flamingo Parks, West Palm Beach, FL – More antisemitic, hateful flyers have been spread around West Palm Beach, this time in the Flamingo Parks neighborhood.

This comes a week after a similar incident in a different area of the city and this marks one of several similar incidents over the last couple months.

Investigators with the West Palm Beach Police Department said on Saturday afternoon, three men in a rented U-Haul truck threw hundreds of packets containing antisemitic flyers around the Flamingo Parks neighborhood.

They were cited for littering, the only statute on the books police can use.

Police confiscated 500 of the hateful packets altogether.

Detectives said at one point, the three men who threw them yelled at some of the neighbors, saying disparaging statements.

The three men who were cited on Saturday were in the same group that spread hateful messages in the Old Northwood and Northwood Shores neighborhoods on the north end of West Palm Beach last week.

“It’s despicable. I am raised as a Jewish person and I’m shocked by it because this is West Palm Beach. Well, it shouldn’t happen anywhere,” said Michelle Morrison of the Flamingo Parks neighborhood.

“We’re going to cite them for littering under the state statutes that are there,” said Mike Jachles, the public information officer for the West Palm Beach Police Department.

The men who received citations on Saturday are 60-year-old David Young Kim of West Palm Beach, 40-year-old Jon Eugene Minadeo of West Palm Beach and 33-year-old Nicholas Allen Bysheim of Maryland. Kim and Minadeo do not live in the Flamingo Parks neighborhood.
