Staten Island, NY – A father and son were shot with a BB gun outside a supermarket on Staten Island, police say.
The child and his father, 32, were outside Island Kosher grocery store on Victory Blvd. near Carmel Ave. in Castleton Corners when a black Ford Mustang rolled by around 4:20 p.m., cops said.
The child was grazed in the ear, and his father was struck in the chest. Both of the victims refused medical attention.
Both victims were wearing yarmulkes at the time, and police are investigating the attack as a possible hate crime.
